You will be responsible for the safe, efficient unloading and loading of commercial trailers, ensuring that freight flows smoothly into and out of our Distribution Center. Essential Responsibilities
- Trailer Unloading: Safely and efficiently unload inbound freight from commercial trailers, manually moving boxes onto conveyor belts or sorting them onto designated pallets.
- Freight Organization: Organize and stage merchandise in the receiving area, ensuring all product is handled with care to prevent damage.
- Outbound Loading: Strategically stack and secure outbound freight into departing trailers, maximizing cubic space and ensuring the load is stable for over-the-road transit.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and perfectly safe work area, adhering strictly to all Walmart safety protocols and ergonomic lifting techniques.
